Review of Lehighton pa Not Fo, North Dakota

I have no idea where this number came from. Lehighton is the only town I've ever lived in (or even visited) where I have absolutely no fears about taking my dog for a walk at 2 or 3am. There have been 3 murders in 40 years maybe, and only one of those was random, and it started as a burglary.
